After-Sales Service

This clause applies exclusively to Tofu-series products manufactured by our company, as well as products sold through authorized distributors of the Tofu series.

Warranty Period
We provide a 12-month warranty starting from the date of preliminary acceptance after product delivery. Failures not caused by the user will be repaired by us. (Consumables are excluded from warranty coverage). For issues arising from software modifications during user operation, we may provide guidance based on complexity.

Return & Repair Policy

  • Within ​7 days​ of purchase: If verified as a quality issue by our company, we cover round-trip shipping costs.
  • Between ​1 week to 1 year​ of purchase: If verified as a quality issue, the user and our company each cover one-way shipping costs.
  • Required documentation: Purchase proof/transaction record and after-sales request form.

Replacement Policy
Within ​7 days​ of purchase, if a quality issue occurs under normal use without external damage, contact official Tofu sales channels or authorized distributors with proof of purchase for a free same-model replacement. Distributors must notify us immediately upon receiving replacement requests.

Out-of-Warranty Repairs
For damages caused by:

  • Human error
  • Unauthorized modifications/disassembly
  • Exceeding the 1-year warranty period
    The user bears round-trip shipping and repair costs. Fee structure: Labor + replacement parts.

Warranty Conditions

  1. Product malfunctions under normal use within the warranty period, not caused by human factors.
  2. No unauthorized disassembly, modification, or hardware additions.
  3. Valid proof of purchase provided.

Non-Warranty Scenarios
Free repairs ​shall not include​ damages resulting from:

  1. Human-induced collisions or physical damage.
  2. Unauthorized modifications, disassembly, or casing removal without our guidance.
  3. Incorrect installation, use, or operation without our guidance.
  4. User-conducted repairs without our instructions.
  5. Unauthorized circuit alterations or mismatched battery/charger usage.
  6. Insufficient charging or use of non-certified batteries causing underperformance.
  7. Continued use with aged/failed components.
  8. Compatibility issues with unauthorized third-party parts.
  9. Tampered factory labels, tamper-evident thread sealant, or identifiers.
  10. Failure to ship the defective product within ​7 calendar days​ after warranty confirmation.
